1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Active Traders Data (activetradersdata.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Data Use Restrictions
All databases purchased from Active Traders Data are licensed for single-use internal business purposes only. You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the data with third parties
- Use the data for spam, harassment, or illegal marketing activities
- Use the data in violation of TRAI regulations or Indian telecom laws
- Claim ownership of the data
3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for the highest accuracy, Active Traders Data does not guarantee 100% accuracy of any database. Connect rates vary based on market conditions, time of contact, and individual lead behaviour. Accuracy claims on our pricing page are based on historical averages and are not guaranteed outcomes.
4. Replacement Policy
- Premium & HNI packages: Replacement available for provably wrong/disconnected numbers only. Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with evidence.
- Basic, Statewise & Normal packages: No replacement available.
- Replacements are provided as additional records, not refunds.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable once data has been delivered. In the event of non-delivery within the promised timeframe, a full refund will be issued. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
6. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before data delivery. We accept UPI, Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS). No credit is extended. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
7. Intellectual Property
All databases remain the intellectual property of Active Traders Data. Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal business use only.
8. Limitation of Liability
Active Traders Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our databases. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
